We have snow on the ground here in Bellingham, the schools are closed, the business across the street from mine is closed, people are "snowed in" all around the area. I just saw a guy ride by on a motorcycle using his feet as stabilizers just sliding them along the snow/ice he was riding on. Now I'm not suggesting you risk your life, but I am suggesting that you consider showing up when others "can't". Your persistence and determination will set you apart.

When it comes down to it, it is persistence and determination that overcome challenges... the willingness to keep going and maintain, depite opposition in any form. This is the primary trait in positive change. Without it, our species would be long gone...

btw, I could tell you plenty of stories about horrific winters... I've lived in Montana and Minnesota, they don't close anything for snow (sometimes several feet of it)...
