I just wanted to share this with all of you. I was born with deformed legs, however, as I get older it has got worse. But something I said last night, in conversation with my partner was:

My legs are such a small part of me has a whole and the part of me that makes me who I am is; My Heart, My Mind & My Spirit/Soul, so all in all I am a kind/happy person, who just has a minor problem with my legs.

So no matter what physical ailments people have, it is only a small thing in the whole collective of who we truly are.

Thanks Jo... It's definately important for anyone with a disability to not let it complicate their attitude. I have often found that people with disabilities have a better perspective and definately more understanding... not always, but when they do it's a true joy to be around them. And often, people with a bad attitude actually seem more disabled than someone with a real disability. You rock Jo, and you should let me know when you have a full cd available... ;)
