Change A Thought And Surprise Yourself.

It takes just one thought to change your life.

Orville Wright had a thought that changed the way we travel.

Thomas Edison's thoughts light up our world.

Stephanie Kwolek's thoughts save peoples lives every day. She invented Kevlar.

Sometimes a persons thoughts can change how millions live. And sometimes a thought can simply change the way we feel in the moment. They are equally important.

It's important to change your thoughts if they are making you feel unhappy. It's important to change your thoughts if  fear is getting in the way.

For the woman who is afraid of driving over bridges, changing her thoughts can allow her to now visit her family and friends panic.

For the man who get's anxious speaking up at meetings, changing his thoughts can help him feel confident.

For the child who is embarrassed about stuttering, changing his thoughts can help him make friends.

JUST FOR TODAY:

Think of a thought that you want to change. Maybe it's a fear. Maybe it's a limiting belief.
If you didn't have this fear or limiting belief, how would you life be different?

FOR TOMORROW:

Find ways to change one of your negative thoughts.
Find ways to eliminate your fear.
Take action. Take what you have learned and apply it to your life.

Surprise yourself tomorrow.
