I am not an extreme fitness buff, but I do love the feeling of a toned body (not to mention how it looks in the mirror). I am not without my insecurities, but staying fit and healthy makes me feel so good physically AND emotionally. Thus, it’s a HUGE and integral part of my life.

Love this website: www.myfitnesspal.com that helps track your caloric intake and exercise to stay within your weight and fitness goals. It really keeps me on track with my eating!
Love the P90X series. I’ve mainly watched the old version but love the yoga and interval training videos
I also love Gillian Michaels’ workout videos. I currently love her Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism video. She targets women’s problem areas and I love that!

I love Power Yoga. It’s a type of yoga you do in a heated room, but it’s fast-paced and really challenging. It’s the only type of yoga that really kicks my ass! If you’re in Philly, Power Yoga Works is the best!!! If you’re also in Philly, check out Ploome Studio. They support an amazing cause and the workouts are totally brutal!
There is a great android app called My Workout Trainer which has many free workout routines under 20 minutes that you can incorporate into your day! No more excuses!!!
Make sure you have good music! My current fav’s right now are: Chris Brown, Jennifer Lopez, and Justin Bieber (I know, shameless!)
