Let me just start out with this: I am human. So I admit, I’m having a “bad” day. Let me list the reasons why: I cut my foot on glass so I’m limping, had an allergy attack so snot is running everywhere, exhausted from a long week so I’m sleep deprived, my video didn’t upload to YouTube so I couldn’t write my newsletter, and couldn’t get my coffee to brew right this morning. WHEW! Glad I let that off my chest.
Now, I’m going to list all the things I’m grateful for: all of you who are reading this now and who love what I have to say, my family, friends, my business, my fabulous comfortable apartment, the food I can eat everyday, my health, my crazy cat, hot water, the fact that I can breathe and am ALIVE, my day job that pays the bills… etc.
Okay I feel better already.

So the lesson? If you’re having a bad day, you can choose to be happy. Only you ultimately have control over how you feel. So choose happiness! I know I am. ![]()
