It is good to talk to people that may seem closed from a third party approach.... I'm not really able to relate to what you are going through and how you are feeling, even though I would really love to, but I do know there are many other people who have had similar conditions to you and they come to a point in their lives where they realised they needed help and there is NO shame in getting that help because their lives have completely changed. ....Of course Michelle you won't jist say this as I am because you are you and I know you would know that to be on this site !! My special care to you all, Gordon.

Now 18 months later a whole different picture. Another reason I am sharing this is that I was like that in my marrage of 23 years but didn't know that by just getting some professional counselling and putting a few things on the table that I would be so different.
