- would like to get the positive atmosphere that is here, have it rub off. Am working on getting rid of what doesn't work in my life. Changing within me, my thoughts, outlook. Seeking out positive people. If not in "real" life then here or other sites. Setting realistic goals, learning to change the inner dialog.

- Actually going to the gym instead of just belonging to one... Get up at 4:30 to work out before going to work. Go after work if i miss the am. Eating right, to feel and look better. Giving up beer :(
