Strong 4 Charity - strong4charity.co.za Standing strong for those who cant. We organize strongman events to help where ever needed, helping charities and giving strongmen both events and equipment to train with. We as well do motivational speaking to school,churches and youth groups. Our new Be a Duck program for kids is going to be a great tool with the children. The be a duck program is from Janeen Yodakis of the usa.
