Hi all,

I have found joy in "being in the moment,"  a term I never really understood before.  I'm not always there, but I'm getting better at it.  When my mind wanders into worries, I bring it back into the present, and that brings me joy!  I feel proud I finally can do it -- such pleasure to not feel worried, angry, anxious all the time.  It makes my workday so much nicer.

Every time I look at my three beautiful daughter's faces, I fall in love all over again.  They are my greatest joy, my greatest blessings.  They are such GOOD people, compassionate, open-minded, kind, helpful - I just feel blessed, thankful, and so proud.  Thank you, God <3

Today was one of those days you paint a picture of in your memory bank. I found energy flowing fully and absorbed it.

I visited a wonderful place where more than five acres of daffodils bloomed. As far as you could see there was yellow beauty, walking through that beauty gave you cause to know life is joyful, beautiful and wonderful - life is beautiful.

The joyful living experience; it is hard to find the greatest joy today, the breaking spring, the love of my husband my children, the phone call from my little grand daughter that received Grandmas love package. I will put them all together and say to myself what a wonderful world this is; thank you God for this wonderful gift of today.

When one does not feel joy or joyful in a day, they have not looked under the dark cloud that hangs so low; sometimes we must stoop low to find our highest spirit.

While the morning brought a cloud over me; i looked out my window onto the river seeing my three geese happily diving into the water. Though the water cold, with snow and ice about them, they feared not the cold but enjoyed themselves in spite of it; I smiled, it was a good day after all.
