When she was no longer mad at me, she gave me the best cheat code to life. She said, "When I'm like that, don't try to talk to me or persuade me, just give me a hug. 90% of the time that will fix everything." I'm still grateful to her for that one, some of the simplest and best advice I've ever received. -Dan O'
