Comment by Doug Hoelbinger on February 28, 2012 at 5:58pm: Tough one Justin... Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done when a parent can't put their issues aside for their children. This is a hard lesson that our children will learn someday, that some people can be selfish to the point of making things difficult for others... again, tough to say what to do about it. I would say, Just keep loving your little girl, she'll understand why these things happen someday. And as long as she knows that you do love her, she'll be fine...
