Scheduled Hangouts
When you start your Hangout, copy and paste your hangout's URL here and up to 10 people can join by clicking on it. You don't need a webcam to be in a hangout, but you at least need a mic to participate, I think.
This is still new to all of us, expect glitches and or unexpected issues to arise (Like when I left a Hangout that I created and closed the Hangout on the others who were there, or when I muted my sister's mic and couldn't get her back!)

Hey Laren, I did my first hangout the other day, they're pretty awesome. I guess I'm not an "early adopter" with this technology :) Really a nice sound/video quality and some cool features. Oh, and the free part is good too.
