I am a huge music fanatic. I am constantly tagging and downloading songs, analyzing lyrics, creating workouts to the songs and singing my head off every chance I get. Music has motivated and inspired me, cheered me up, made me weep and brought focus, clarity and positivity to my life.

Because of music my daughter is alive today. Without it she would have killed herself many years ago. I know it sounds negative but for me, it's really a positive thought.
