Anything by Gregory Magurie I have enjoyed thoroughly.  He is well known for his book "Wicked".  I just finished reading "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister", and absolutely loved the different perspective on the story of Cinderella.  Very easy and fun to read if your just looking for a good story to get lost in!!

HEY EVERYONE!!! Has anyone read John Maxwell's book TODAY MATTERS?

It is a very motivating book! It helps you to focus on different areas of your life and make the most of EVERYDAY :-)

I'm reading the memoirs of James Michener (author of Hawaii, Texas etc.), and it's really intriguing.  This guy traveled more than anyone I've ever heard of, was in 3 plane accidents, hung out with the Pope before and after he was the Pope, Queen Elizabeth, was in WWII both on ships and bombers, etc etc.  He starting hitch-hiking all over the US at about age 12!  If you like travel, this is an inspiring read.

i have A Course in Miracles and have read some of it.  it's a big one, a bit of a commitment, I have liked it so far.  i heard it recommended so much i had to get it

I went to b&n during my break. I was looking for Creative vizos. The only book there was Ask and It Is Given. So far, there's this repetitious. Its a little EH but its good thus far. More so for someone who is new to all this. I'm sure if I hadn't read The Secret, id be impressed with this book. I'm only on the 6th chapter. I have a ways to go. I'll keep you updated.

I understood what you meant when you said Drawn *sigh* and today...right now, after looking and reading through a few books, and still feeling unsure, I'm going to wait until I am rewarded with some extra time, again, so I can pick up the book my eyes kept looking at.

I haven't read through the Emotional Guidence book. I'll be sure to hit down and read through when I hit b&n.

Aww that's sweet Joanna! Happy to help! don't know if u found out yet, but I think Ask & it is given is the 1st Abraham Hicks book! Seems to introduce the laws of attraction & tools on improving how u feel! If u can find the "Different Degrees of your Emotional Guidance system!" Chapter 22! that is really helpful on getting a better feeling thought when things r tough or feeling happier when things just feel ok! really worth a read! glad ur enjoying the videos & the site! :D just wondering r we friends on here yet? I'll def check that out! :) xxx
