The way the Buddha put it "life is suffering" due to attachments an desires.
So the last question to log onto this forum was what is the opposite of negative ? In that question it hit me. The opposite or complete other than nagativy is the higher conscious of everything else being what we constantly are not, which is thinking thinking thinking !!!!
In zen if you remove that Thinking ( a negative approach though it's not removed but the only way to convey) you arrive at enlightenment or all that we think we are not ( before above or beyond the concepts of brain power of a positive or nagativy )
So what do you think ???? Hahahahaha
